Terms & Conditions
General.
1. ringsid.co.uk, savesu.co.uk, savesu.net, savesu limited and the
savesu members club (jointly and severally known as 'savesu') reserve
the right to refuse an order placed by any member.
2. If any order is accepted savesu will send an e-mail or telephone
confirming acceptance of the order.
3. Confirmatory notification will advise with whom the contract
has been made - in some cases it will be savesu and in other cases
it will be a third party where savesu is acting on its behalf.
4. Where the contract is not with savesu but with a third party
such as a provider of services or a tour operator or hotel, savesu
is entitled to pass on credit card and other essential details to
that third party. The placing of an order for goods or services
will constitute consent to savesu passing on such details.
5. It is understood that all details provided to savesu for the
purpose of booking, ordering or purchasing goods or services are
correct, that the credit or debit card details are valid and that
there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product or service.
6. If there are any changes to the card or other details supplied
savesu will be informed as soon as possible.
7. All purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
8. Costs of foreign products or services may be subject to currency
fluctuations.
9. savesu will respect any personal information provided to it and
undertakes to comply with all applicable UK Data Protection legislation
currently in force.
10. Other than as required by law, or as permitted under these terms
and conditions savesu will not disclose any registration details
to any third party without express permission.
11. Dealings with and interest in, promotions, services or merchants
found on or via savesu, unless explicitly stated, are solely between
the parties concerned. Should any dispute arise savesu will use
its best endeavours to resolve the situation but will not be responsible
for any losses or damages that may arise from any such dealings.
12. savesu reserves the right to restrict, terminate or suspend
membership of savesu members club for any reason whatsoever.
13. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
username and savesu membership number assigned to you on registration.
As a result you are fully responsible for all activities which occur
under them. You must notify savesu immediately of any unauthorized
use of which you become aware.
Provision of TeleCommunication
Services
savesu International Dialling
Programme
1. The Premium Rate Services
('PRS') offered by savesu under its International Dialling Programme
are provided under ICSTIS Permission Certificate Number: 0105049
held in the name of Macfarlane Telesystems Limited ('the service
provider').
2. Under the terms of the ICSTIS
Permission Certificate savesu is merely acting as an information
provider and is undertaking the promotion of the PRS using the service
provider's call handling facilities.
3. All provisions of the ICTSIS
Live Conversation Services Code of Practice and all provisions of
the Eighth edition of the ICSTIS Code apply to the service.
4. savesu and the service provider
will together use reasonable efforts to make the PRS available but
owing to the nature of telecommunications networks (and in particular
mobile networks) it is impossible to provide a fault free service
and the quality and coverage of the PRS depends on both the telecommunications
network to which you are connected and also on other telecommunication
networks to which the person you are calling is connected.
5. The PRS might be adversely
affected by too many people trying to use the network at the same
time, physical features and by atmospheric conditions or other causes
of interference and may fail or require maintenance without notice.
6. All the charges for the PRS
are set out in the savesu tariff which is available upon request

without prior notice to increase or decrease the charges and/or
introduce new charges from time to time.
8. savesu reserve the right to
make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time and/or
introduce new terms from time to time if there any changes to the
law or amendments to the terms and conditions upon which savesu
is able to obtain services from the service provider and/or the
networks or carriers it is using or otherwise if savesu considers
it necessary.
9. Neither savesu nor the service
provider will be liable for loss of profits or revenue, loss of
use, lost business or missed opportunities, wasted expenditure or
savings you might have made. There may be occasions when either
savesu and or the service provider is unable to provide the services
because of something outside its reasonable control. Neither savesu
nor the service provider will be liable in that case and if you
choose an alternative carrier or network then savesu and/or the
service provider will not be responsible for that carriers charges.
10. When you use your equipment
the identity of your telephone number may be sent through the networks
so as to be identified to the phone being called. It may be used
to divert calls to savesu and/or the service provider for administration
and for the investigation of fraud. You may be charged for any diversion.
11. If you are a consumer, the
terms and conditions set out will not affect any rights which you
may have under any Act of Parliament and which cannot be excluded
by agreement.

1. savesu accepts no liability
for damage caused to your mobile phone through misuse of your new
ringtone, graphic or data cable.
2. Failed SMS messages will be
resent once free of charge.
3. Your details will be treated
in the strictest confidence and will not be passed on to any other
person or organisation.
4. Your ringtone or graphic will
be sent via SMS message as payment is received. Cables will be dispatched
when payment clears.
5. All tunes and graphics are
the property of the original author.
6. It is your responsibility
to check that your phone/network is listed on the compatibility
page. No refunds will be paid as a result of incompatibility of
network under any circumstances
7. SMS transmission is not a
guaranteed protocol and sometimes messages do get lost. If you have
not received your order after 72 hours then please email and we
shall endeavour to resend it immediately.
Liability
1. savesu attempts to ensure that all the information available
on its web site is accurate. However savesu cannot guarantee that
it will be fault-free and assumes no duty to update such information.
2. savesu cannot be liable for goods and services offered as agents
for third parties or for any aspect of the relationship with that
third party.
3. savesu does not accept liability (except as set out below) for
any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information,
specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services
at anytime.
4. savesu will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly
as practicable after being notified of them.
5. savesu makes no representations and excludes any warranty express
or implied as to the availability, quality, timeliness, performance
or fitness for the particular purpose of any of the products or
services available. The web site is provided on an 'as is' and 'as
available' basis.
6. savesu does not make any warranty that the web site is free from
any infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating
or destructive properties.
7. savesu does not accept any liability for any losses or claims
arising from any inability to access the web site or any failure
to complete a transaction.
8. savesu does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential
loss of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of the
use of the web site or for any products or services purchased from
the web site.
9. savesu will only be liable for direct loss (save in the case
of death or personal injury in respect of which there is no limit)
up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased
in respect of any claim.
10. This section regarding liability only applies to the extent
permitted by law.
Website Related Services
The following terms and conditions
apply to all web site services offered by savesu. By ordering services
from savesu you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
- We reserve the right to refuse to construct a web site which
we may judge as unfit due to content or otherwise. This includes,
but is not limited by, sites containing adult oriented material
such as pornography, sites which promote hatred towards persons
belonging to any ethnic group, religion or sexual orientation
and sites which infringe copyright or are contrary to UK laws.
- The acceptance of a commission shall be deemed as a contractual
agreement between the client and savesu.
- savesu cannot always guarantee to start work immediately
on a commission but will arrange a date with the client as to
when work can commence.
- All material, both text and images, supplied by the client
and used in the construction of the client's web site, will
remain the client's property. All such material will be assumed
to be the property of the client and free to use without fear
of breach of copyright laws.
- The copyright for all material provided by savesu, such as
HTML code, graphics, photographs and text, will remain the property
of savesu until such time as payment has been made in full whereupon
they will become the property of the client.
- savesu cannot guarantee 100% uptime of any internet service
hosted on its servers, but will endeavor to restore website
services back to normal operation as soon as possible in the
event of any Denial-Of-Service attack, software corruption,
hardware failure or other such problem.
- savesu makes every effort to design pages which display acceptably
in the most popular current browsers, but cannot accept responsibility
for pages which do not display acceptably in new versions of
browsers released after pages have been designed.
- savesu will submit a client's website to several of the major
search engines as part of the design commission. If a client
wishes savesu to promote a web site as a separate commission,
savesu will make every reasonable effort to promote the website
effectively but cannot guarantee high placing's in search engine
results.
- savesu can accept no responsibility or liability if any search
engine, online directory or search site, submitted to as part
of a web site promotion commission, chooses not to list a client's
web site.
- If at any point during the Website Development Cycle a client
wishes to cancel, they may do so but will be invoiced an amount
that savesu judges to be proportional to the amount of work
completed on the commission.
- savesu will not backup any data stored on our servers by
default. We can however back up all data stored in your space
and provide this facility for a fee.
- If, during the Website Development Cycle, the client does
not supply the content required in order to complete the commission
within a reasonable amount of time, savesu will consider that
the client wishes to cancel the commission.
- savesu expects payment by cheque, bank transfer or cash within
28 days of the date on the invoice.
- Any payment returned by the bank or credit card company will
incur a £25 administration charge. This will be invoiced
and will be added to the total outstanding debt owed by the
customer.
- savesu does not undertake to maintain or update a client's
website as part of the design commission. If a client wishes
savesu to maintain or update a web site as a separate commission,
savesu will negotiate with the client a maintenance contract
appropriate to the amount of work required. Web site maintenance
may also be undertaken on a time and materials basis if the
client so wishes.
- savesu will not be held responsible for any inbound or outbound
email's that are delayed in transit or that do not reach their
intended recipient for any reason whatsoever.
- savesu reserves the right to alter prices at any time without
notice. If a client has commissioned any services from savesu
prior to a change in prices, that commission will not be subject
to any increase, but any subsequent commission may be subject
to an increase.
- By agreeing to these terms and conditions your statutory
rights are not affected.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

savesu shall not be responsible for any loss
of Clients' turnover, sales, revenue, profits or indirect, consequential
or special loss, which may arise from savesu’ servers
going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever.

Further, savesu shall not be responsible for
any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages,
resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site or
files from one of savesu’ servers. All damages shall be
limited to the immediate termination of service.

savesu shall be the sole arbiter of what is
and is not a violation of these acceptable use policies.

savesu reserves the right to terminate a hosting
account at any time and for any reason that causes harm to any
savesu customer's web sites.

savesu reserves the right to delete all content
and files upon termination.

savesu reserves the right to withhold any pre-paid
funds for any site removed for violations of these policies.

savesu reserves the right to refuse, cancel,
or suspend service at our sole discretion.
Travel and Breaks
1. Any flight tickets, hotel accommodation and package holidays
purchased through savesu will be subject to the terms and conditions
of the operator of the flight, hotel or holiday.
2. The relevant airline, hotel or tour operator reserves the right
to change any flight and route details, booking or holiday details.
3. Any visa, passport or inoculation requirements are the personal
responsibility of the traveller and failure to obtain the relevant
documentation and inoculations are not the responsibility of savesu
or any third party suppliers' products or services.
4. All hotel discounts advertised are based on discount from the
full rate including VAT and are correct at the time the offers are
first advertised on the site.
5. Prices are advertised on a per room per night basis and include
VAT unless otherwise stated.
6. The hotel will charge in local currency. Any currency fluctuations
that may occur are at the customers' expense.
7. savesu is acting as retail agents for ATOL holders whose details
are contained within the offers on the holiday pages. The name of
the ATOL holder will appear on the confirmation e-mail and credit
card statement after booking.
8. Your tickets or confirmation of booking will be despatched to
you within 48 hours of booking your flight, hotel or holiday.
Gifts
1. savesu is an agent acting on behalf of various suppliers. The
'returns' policy for gifts is dependent on the individual suppliers'
own policy.
2. Suppliers have the right to substitute products of a similar
description and standard if the requested product is not available.
3. Information supplied with any gift is given in good faith and
consistent with information supplied to savesu.
4. savesu cannot be held responsible for inaccurate or misleading
product descriptions.
5. Quoted delivery times are specific to products and locations
and apply to working days only. Products may differ slightly from
the images shown.
6. Delivery costs are for UK mainland delivery only. International
delivery may be subject to additional delivery charges. savesu is
not liable for duty or seizure costs incurred during international
delivery.
7. A signature may be required on delivery.
8. Damages to or loss of the goods are not the responsibility of
savesu and no responsibility for return delivery charges is accepted.
Copyright and Use of Content.
1. Copyright on this site belongs to savesu. All other intellectual
property rights are reserved. This web site is for personal and
non-commercial use. It is not permitted to modify, copy, distribute,
transmit, display, publish, licence, create derivative works from,
transfer or sell any information obtained from this web site. Downloading
of pages from this site for viewing purposes is for personal use
only.
2. savesu assumes no responsibility for the contents of any other
web sites to which it has links. savesu shall not be held responsible
or liable for any loss or damages caused or alleged to have been
caused by use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available
on such linked sites. savesu may not be in control of such sites.
The inclusion of links to such other web sites does not mean that
savesu endorses the material on such sites or has any association
with the owner thereof.
