If you have suffered injuries during the course of your work and you believe that your employers were in anyway negligent, you may have a valid claim against them. Please be advised that an employer cannot terminate your employment for taking such action.

To present a claim to your employers, you must ensure that the incident was logged in your employers accident book and the health and safety officer is advised. We will allocate your claim to one of our Solicitor's for the future conduct of your case, which will continue to deal with the claim on a no-win, no-fee basis.

We will of course advise you of the nominated Solicitors. Although you are free to instruct any Solicitor, we would advise one of our Solicitors, to enable savesu to keep full control over your claim.
