Janet Rogers Cake Baking Service

Janet Rogers has been in the cake baking business for over nine years. She first started baking cakes for the Ringhills WI market of Codsall and Brewood. In recent years she has also been baking cakes for farmers markets, the local shop and fulfilling private orders.

Janet's range of cakes are mainly sponge cakes of many flavours including:

• Vanilla
• Lemon
• Almond
• Coffee
• Chocolate
• Coconut

These cakes can also be iced with buttercream.

Janet also produces decorated sponge cakes and mince pies during the Christmas period.
